DO NOT CALL. If you call for a removal request it will get you no where.
Also make sure you include your account name and email it from the email address listed in your profile.
This is the only way you can remove your account. This is for security reasons.
Account removal requests are low priorty and will be taken care of when we have the time. Sending a message telling us to remove your account right now will place you at the bottom of the list and it will take longer.
If you send more than one request you will be added to the bottom of the list.
If we feel the request is not valid we will not remove your account. Meaning someone other than the owner of the account has contacted us. Failure to follow these instructions will result in your account not being removed.

If you do contact us for support feel free to use our email address or our phone number. Please keep in mind we are here to help in anyway we can. We can not help you if you do not give us the most detailed description of your problem as you possibly can. Also include your operating system and version, Browser type and version i.e Internet Explorer, and if possible get a screen shot of the problem you are having. Sending us email with something vague like:
"It is not working for me". Will do nothing but waste your time and may not even get a response.

Special account removal requests.

If you currently do not have access to the account. Which includes but is not limited to:
Your account being disabled due to TOS violations , you do not have access to the orginal email address, you are unable to prove the account belongs to you by your failure to supply the information we have asked for, you have not complied with our process in anyway then we reserve the right to refuse to remove the account in question.
In these cases we will shut off your email notifications so you will no longer be bothered by us.

Account removal side notes:

If you have demanded we remove your account or else..., we will not comply with your request. We consider all threats seriously and we will keep your account on our system until the matter has been resolved to our satisfaction.

If you are asking for your account to be removed because you no longer wish to get email notifications from us then this is not nessasary because even accounts that have expired have the option to turn of email notifications by setting the option from their account settings. This is your best course of action available in ALL cases.
