You might want to begin by gathering information about swinging.
The internet is a great place to start. There are blogs, forums and interactive sites. Blogs will give you lots of insight.
You can check out a highly recommended site called Swingers Board. Julie runs this website and is an excellent source of information on swinging. Click the banner below to check it out. This site has forums, blogs and personal ads.
There are three types of blogs
- Couple or Individual swingers.
This type of blog gives you a view at swinging on a very personal level. You can read about how a couple deals with the aspects of swinging.
- Group or community of swingers.
This type of blog will allow you to see how swingers interact together.
- Company who provides services to swingers.
These blogs are very insightful as who better than to describe swinging than those who hear from hundreds and thousands of swingers a day. They have seen and heard just about everything.
Forums
There are forums for swingers and the swinging community.
Some are part of interactive online adult dating sites like Swing Lifestyle, The Swapper Network, Adult Friend Finder, Alt.com, Passion.com etc.
These forums may require you to have an account to post. Most of these types of sites have a trial period to check out the site before you pay.
Some forums are the main focus of the site. Most sites like this will allow you to read posts without signing up or paying. If you want to post something to the forum, then you may be required to create- an account consisting of your email address and a password.
Interactive Swinger Sites
This is the adult online dating community. Not all adult dating sites are the same. You will want to find a site that focuses on swinging or swingers.
Swingers web sites give lots of insight into the swinger world.
Filling out the profile will educate you on the important details of swinging. Are you bisexual or bisexual curious? Are you looking for a threesome with another male or another female? Now it is time to browse and search the profiles in your area. This can be very educational on swinging. Reading through profiles and looking at pictures. Don't be surprised to see neighbors, friends, cops, lawyers and/or the cute waitress at your favorite restaurant. Swinging spans all income levels and professions.
You will most likely get mail from other swingers.
